You mentioned “upping rents” . I don’t think it is warranted but I’m sure my current land lords hear some of the high rents being offered and wanting in the govt payments. In fairness, one should probably offer more. It seems counterintuitive , but try to be fair.
I’m aware of producers paying “break even” rents. I hope they offer comparable rent to their current landlords.
