NW IA | Really doesn't mean anything just means potentially didn't defer many sales or do much prepay. While I agree I don't think the "crisis" is a big as the narrative to say all is fine is lying to yourself as well. Bankers will tell a different story, mine says only 10% had a net equity increase in 25, 80% hovered around break even plus or minus and the other 10% have real problem and may not be farming after 26 if nothing changes. | |
