Figuring in govt payments as "income" is the only way I can figure guys are justifying some of the rents they're paying. If the Govt payments stop or back off, it's going to be like a game of "Chairs" I think.
That’s real money, but not guaranteed “next year”, but I feel it’s computable for each year at the time. I wouldn’t be going out upping rents. I’m speaking more for those who have been reasonable but the current situation is in the red or very light black.
