I cant really give you much for suggestions. We have a exterminator spray the house in the spring and fall. I don't even know what they spray, not sure it helps too much but makes me feel like a try.
I can't believe how it can be piss cold for a week or better and then when it warms up to sixty there are flies everywhere again. Resilient buggers!
