Pittsburg, Kansas		Down here in Bonaire I try to get around 30 minutes a day. A little more if cloudy, sometimes five minutes less if really clear and hot.

Try to do it in later afternoon. 3 to 5 pm ideally.

That is enough to get white skin barely pink. Just right.
