East of Broken Bow | I can't say I really enjoy going into the local Dollar Generals around here, but in some cases, it might be the only store in one of our small towns that has what I'm looking for.
If I can get some things at the Dollar store I will stay in town and get groceries at the grocery store, even if they are higher than Wal-Mart, and I will get supplies at the local hardware store even if they are a little higher than Menards, but if I have a list and I HAVE to go to a bigger town to get something I need, I just as well get everything I need there if the prices are better.
So in a way, the Dollar Stores have kept me buying more stuff locally. | |
