Good on ya. I do the same.
Our local Walmart killed 4 grocery stores, and I believe to this day they get either a reduced rate or no property tax at all, been that way since it came to town.
Basically our greedy and stupid city leaders rolled out the red carpet with the incentives, then when Walmart killed everything Walmart used the incentives as leverage to stay. Threats of no groceries in town has the city bowing to Walmart and it disgusts me.
