With Terrastar I doubt you will have any change as a result of this datum change.
It is more likely that you will see lines slowly drifting over time, because the tectonic plates move, but the positions you get using Terrastar does not move with the plates.
If you have created your AB lines or boundaries on top of fences or other defined features, then you can later return and repeat your measurement and see how much drift you may have had.
A quick google search said about an inch per year, so it may take a white to notice any difference: The North American tectonic plate moves generally west-southwestward at a rate of approximately 2.3 centimeters (about 1 inch) per year, driven by the Mid-Atlantic Ridge.

Your receiver might compensate for this, but I do not know enough about Agleader to say that for sure
