Thumb of Michigan | We meet at a major boat manufacturing plant where we both worked. First date was New Year's Eve (I was even frugal then, didn't what the girl friend and Christmas present thing), got engaged a month later (on her parent's anniversary). Wedding was July of same year, everyone thought she must have been with child (was a long pregnancy, 1st born didn't arrive until 3 years later, LOL).
She turned 23 the December after our wedding and I had turned 25 before wedding. Will be 47 years and 3 boys later come this July. Golly, how time flies by.................................doesn't seem that long ago where we were the first on the dance floor at a wedding, now we're one of the last. | |
