Been pondering this for awhile. I know there isn't much love here for solar panels, but wouldn't they be useful to provide shade for feedlots in the hot and sunny parts of the country? Would need taller and stronger mounting poles. Or maybe just put them around the edges and on dividing fences. Seems like cooler cattle would grow better. You can call me crazy if ya want.
