Till you get them in the ring. 6 weight straight black Angus is the hot ticket in this neck of the woods. They will outsell a 8 weight cross bred. I’ll stick to the plan. I’ve tried Hereford and Simmental and I wasn’t impressed. They weren’t bad necessarily but not better than my straight bred cattle. Watch your bloodline within the Angus breed and there is not a problem.
