South Texas | Well, here a touch of limousine is like a touch of longhorn, nobody wants it. Sounds like these aren't purebreds, so if you go hereford you'll get some reds. Charolais, well mixed with the simmental you get rat tails, and some black calves with skunk tails, which apparently are undesirable but I've never figured out what they do with the tails that makes it so. If you want 90 uniform calves I guess angus is your best bet.
