| Years back had a couple times I was disappointed with Ewe drop rate. Sometimes would let mineral blocks run out for 2 weeks maybe before getting new out.
Then made sure all lots had mineral and salt blocks everyday. Rotational grazing. It seems was worth the cost of extra blocks already in place when moving to new grass. Ewes went through a lot of mineral, but must have needed more than I thought.
Had more triplets. Just thought it was a cheap investment. | |
