Could always run share cattle and buy a little time. Nothing glamorous about share cattle but it's worth doing at these prices.
Like someone else said, doesn't have to be heifers. In fact, I'd rather run 5,6,or SS. Thing about an SS is, they're not that much and you can get a couple years out of them.
