NwOh | Don't know your county just saying how it works here. As dust mentioned above, the "3rd party engineering firm" is also a contractor for the solar company. Yes they are biased, and not to the county or landowners. Here, when the 3rd party engineering firm did the eveironmental impact study they identified wetlands and said it was ok to put industrial solar on said wetland. But, for all those years it could not be farmed or even build a structure on. | |
