Id agree with Wayne. As much as I’ve Pooh Poohed expansion in these times, and actually downsized my herd some, if I could lock in pasture with good fences and good water, I’d be on it like a fat kid on a ho ho.
But only if it looks like more than just a year, or a year to year thing.
