So when you say......a formula that kind of makes sense. Are you saying it's a good buy at that price?........or that's what it's bringing??
Because your formula actually is pretty good for our area, even though there's not much cash renting going on. If I was younger, I'd buy at that price. At my age..........I'm only looking for bargains, so will probably never be a buyer at today's pricing. If you can get it bought at that level, get it done yesterday. |
