The point is, if you're adding total load to the grid, 24/7 like Data Centers tend to do, and you already have excess capacity for overnight hours, like most all grids do, then you can use that excess generating capacity overnight, and add something, like, I dunno, Solar, to make up for the extra data center demand during the day. |
