| Sounds like a reasonable formula, not that it matters in the grand scheme. That would be $7500-8000 ac acre for me. Haven't seen a piece sell for less than double that in at least 3 years.
I figured awhile ago I wasn't willing to finance more than $7k an acre and rest would have to be put down in cash, so I guess we came to similar conclusions. Have barely been able to save fast enough to outpace land appreciate rate so we'll see how that works out in the coming decade. | |
