Corn acreage has been growing by default here.. less Cotton.. less Soybeans.. less wheat.. = more corn.  Although dryland corn yields aren’t fantastic.. but a lot of 85 bu dryland corn adds up.


Same here...........but like you mentioned, that should really only subtract from the number that's the subject of this original post. I realize more acres=more production. But certainly not from BPA standpoint. Quite the opposite actually. We harvested around a 60 bpa average this year..........and was satisfied and profitable with that number.
