NESD | Reading red and black post below got me thinking about the number of white calves we get out of black Simmental bulls. We do have somewhat crossbred cows but have been predominantly Simmental since 1986 and no Charolais since the late 1980's. Also interesting how the bronco face will carry down a cow family from the same time period. Makes me realize what I don't know about genetics. | |
