While what you say is true, it’s been proven time and again throughout history those with wealth and power will bribe, push and exploit those beneath them into constantly expanding their own wealth and power. It’s why we have labor unions. Remember Carnegie/Frick and the steel mills? Motivational and work ethic to constantly improve is what made this country great, but the ultra greed of doing it borderline illegally or imorally is another thing. This may have been what Coup was referring to; most people and even businesses used to be satisfied making a good living and yes working to grow and expand. Now it seems everyone is out to soak everyone else for every last cent they can get, now matter how much it’s never enough. Social media and the internet age have really accelerated this. Some will just call it business, but it will ultimately lead to the demise of this country as we know it. As more wealth gets concentrated at the top the bottom gets more and more votes.

You nailed it..Greed is the worst that I have ever seen it..Wall Street is the cause of lots of it..They want record profits every quarter..All you need to do now is buy the right stocks and ride them to the moon...Buffet is right when he says that Wall Street has turned in to a gaming casino...It will blow up some day and it will be ugly..
