I think 98 and 90 could be low. What’s going to stop wheat, cotton and other crops from going to beans and corn? I really think this new subsidized band of crop insurance could even make it worse. Basically 95% guarantee ( not quite that simple) will make it a easy decision for banker to go ahead with more corn and beans at 11.00 and 4.55 spring price.
