ATTENTION PLEASE!
Many of you are thinking of- and responding about- double wall ovens. The OP is looking to replace their range- what many of you call a stove- the free-standing, typically 30" wide, appliance that incorporates a cooktop and, traditionally, a single large oven.
To the OP: I've never owned one, so can't relay experience. Some have given good advice to shop thinking about the biggest thing that needs to go in there. If you're replacing a unit with a still-functioning oven but defunct cooktop, you could consider keeping the old one in some out-of-the-way place for that Thanksgiving turkey and use the new one day-to-day.
Anyone have experience with double oven ranges?
