| When he was younger than 8 he was precious . Now that just seems like a sarcatic slam by a guy that doesn't like to hear what I have to say. Probably won't make much difference if somebody was willing to put up a few acres so you buy a million dollar property because you won't have the balls to do the project and the persevrance to put up with plugged toilets, broken windows lost keys and all the other glories of landlords. I have done a deal like this before and it worked OK for me. | |
