Indiana | Do you know what county im talking about? at least in our county… Our county commissioners participate in the assessment and have to agree to the amount or project a no go.
In the contract there, I think there is 5000 per acre or something, but the bond that the county negotiate is independent of that and on top of that. You might want to double check your facts I would think it would be the same, but I’m not sure. If not elect some competent people in your county
Sidenote, with the demand for electricity right now and for the foreseeable future, they’re not gonna decommission anything. They might replace the panels with something more efficient, but they’re not gonna decommission the acreage in my opinion.
