| You are thinking exactly what I am thinking. And very few viable alternatives. It used to be you could at least make a little money with wheat, malting barley was a top profit crop for us in 2014, 2015. Malting barley is unheard of now and projecting profit for wheat is really ugly. We all just need to agree to grow all organic for a year, get 1/4 of a crop and then we can make the consumers happy, destroy the carryout, crater input costs all at once. | |
