Doesn't make difference to me how much rent that 500 acres would have produced because I didn't have the cash at that time let aone the ability to borrow that much. I am guessing you are 38 years old. I was about that age when I recovered from the 80s. By that time land at come up and the banks were more optumistic so I could by 200 acres more.
