Remsen, Iowa | Case. Yes , my landlord is the grandson who's last name is Case. He does nor own this 1/2 section.
The people that do own some if that ground, including the old building site are in the family tree. I belive that it is 120 acres, could be wrong
There are several grandkids living in the area that Thomas is the grandfather of.
I am married to one of the great granddaughters.
The auctioneers, don't know anything about the names
The bank. The bank was eventually bought out by Phelps and at some point the name was changed to Kingsley State Bank. I have done banking there over the years. Maybe 6 years ago, the Phelps sold the bank as they had no one in the family who wanted to run it. It is now Mid State Bank.
