 Pittsburg, Kansas | I would used to be that way. Hated fat. Trimmed every spec of fat off a steak before eating. Didn't much like bacon at all.
But once we went low carb, fat is the fuel we run on instead of sugar. I've gained a taste for it. If we don't get enough fat in our meal, wife and I will get hungry too soon. Will be looking for the pork rinds bag. Even our deserts are mostly fat with very little sugar.
