Minnesota | I don't remember any issues with MNCors during critical times last year. I have a modem in my planting tractor (with a 392) and I use the old AMAN Bt adapter and my phone for MNCors when I am spraying and in the combine. We pay a couple hundred bucks/year for data access on the modem, but the benefits is to just hop in the tractor and go without having to connect the Bt, etc.
I ran CIH RTK+ via Bt with a 20/20 and did not have the problems that you will read about in other old posts. I do not have any issues using MNCORS via modem with a 20/20 either.
