Years ago there was a sporting goods store in Cedar Rapids that the owner complained to me about his pricing of Coleman gas.   He bought it at K-Mart and kept some for his customers at K-Mart price because it was cheaper than his supplier.  (by far) so this isn't really a new problem but it's maybe getting worse.
