We've been getting letters offering 7-8k/acre LEASE rates for battery arrays.
I haven't pursued it, but why wouldn't they just buy at that point?
2 years of that buys the land around here

In the end it’s the owner of the land responsibility to clean up the mess,after they’ve sold the company a few times and all the written contracts mean nothing….
