I used to think that also.
Many just don't have the self restraint or event the desire to build wealth.
I have seen several times folks that were just getting by receive an immense amount of help. Both financial and knowledge.
Usually about 5 years they are back to where they started, only 5 years older, and mad because it didn't work out.
