there is a reason they lease ground and especially on the battery storage, anyone with knowledge knows a lithium fire cannot be put out, lets say the battery container catches on fire,, and the fire dept puts water on it for days, zillions of gallons, now you have how much ground contaminated, everywhere the water ran,what's your next option after none,( 0 options ) as for the BBB ending it,,not really,,maybe speeded up these projects the way i see it.,,all big projects are moving forward and will be safe harbored, it has reduced the time they have to get them built, therefore probably companies may be prioritizing projects, construction must start prior to july xxx of 2026,,if that is done then i think you have till sometime in 2028 to complete the project, if you start after july xxx of 2026 it must be built and i think on by December 31,2027. what does start construction mean,it can be as little as getting the roads put in
