| I think I outlined pretty clearly a different way of thinking about it. If he’s clearing multiple thousand per month on average after all costs it sounds like a good venture. The other posters in this thread don’t paint that financial picture for landlords.
I do know what a balance sheet is. You are the one that insults me anytime I talk numbers. If you want to be an asshole we can compare net worths. Or I guess I should with your precious son that had dad get the ball rolling for him. Climb down. | |
