Yeah and 40 years ago $300,000 would have bought 500acres or more that would be worth over $6,500,000 plus would of raised alot of crops or rent. But you didn't do it because you were nothing but a twinkle in your father's eyes. I would have but I was just trying to survive with my home1/4.
