Inflation doesn't payback loans unless your willing to sell it.

The only thing that pays back loans is a positive cash flow over cash operating expenses and family living withdrawals.

IF you can't cash flow it you will not own it in 2040. Just like the guys who couldn't cash flow it in the 1980's didn't get to own it until 2020 when it was now worth 20,000/ac instead of $2000/ac.
