East Central, Nebraska | i dont know how things are now but back in the day (few years ago) rtk+ was placing base stations where they had dealers. anyone that knows anything about rtk networks knows that where a cnh dealership happens to reside is not a good way to build a reliable network. i know first hand digifarm bases are placed where they need to be, spaced out properly. if digifarm is not an option in your area, call them, they will likely put a base station where it is needed. also last i knew, you can put any brand precision ag equipment including deere on digifarm. rtk+ was simply trimble devices, i assume though now a person can use about any other brand excluding deere as cnh has changed directions from trimble to raven. i would ask lots of questions about base station placement and coverage if i were looking into that network. just my two cents. | |
