just wanted to share a way
Using a Win7 based computer, AV1 vids buffer, buffer, & buffer. The CPU is doing the codec processing instead of a GPU
My internet access is via mobile carrier's data plan, capped at some 4mbps for video. With your setup, I suspect video would buffer, buffer, & buffer with your current settings if using this data plan. | |
