| Like I said you talk to yourself long enough you can talk talk yourself out of any thing. I just told you what I did. I farm less acres than you and your dad and have a higher networth. I don't cl;aim to be any smarter. I own most of what a I farm and because it wass acquired over a long period of time it all works pretty good now. I just irritaes me that the only thing you can come up with is rent ground and putmoney in the stock market. Yea I know guys that have screwed up rental property, they are also the kind of guys that wouldn't unlpug there own plumbing or go in a hog barn. More and more this economy rewards people that are willing to work hard and get dirty. I go check on my 27 yearold hog barns now. | |
