If there is money in renting we sure haven’t figured it out with our rental farmhouses. Put as much in them as we have got out of them over the years. I think Fet was being pretty fair in his assessment and what he was charging. Hope coup comes to our area spraying fungicide and can afford to do it for nothing since there is no money in farming right now. He shouldn’t make a buck either and help a guy out. Everybody always wants to help another guy out with another guys money.
Not free charge $11 acre, same as when started . Sounds like others are going to be in the $14- $15 acre area this year. Some would say it is poor business to leave that many $ on the table to not charge what others are doing. I would call it greed if we decided to charge an extra $3-$4 acres, on the amount of acres of Drone spraying a year. |
