Sure isn’t the picture the online gurus paint about owning rental units.

I guess I don’t see the point unless you inherit or fall into a property. Seems like an even worse proposition than buying farm ground.


Yep ,that buying farm ground proposition is just terrible ,I’m hating it so so bad and man those b class tenants,holy cow
