2016 I pulled gas the last week in February. Neighbors planted corn last year March 25 for a week. Neither would be classified as droughty. 2018 didn't finish planting beans till mid May. Then it forgot to rain. Mudded out crops in December.

What I'm saying is too much can change at any given moment. If the Gulf of Alaska and Pacific stays warm up along the coast, it generally works out. If it is cold in an inverted C, we are doomed.
