Nice part is if you have some extra income/cash/equity, you can get into a decent rental, put some sweat equity into it, and have less money tied up than 20 acres likely with a better cash return. Also puts you in the position to capture the appreciation too.
I share similar thoughts. One thing not mentioned is depreciation. I am not going to divulge much more. Some invest in the stock market, I wouldn’t know where to begin with it. I stick to what I know and understand and I am in for the long haul. |
