Northern IL | It probably is much more efficient to just deport them than spend a few years trying to collect taxes from someone that earned them illegally to begin with. Most of these types of taxes could be found with mismatched data comparisons. How do you collect from an illegal immigrant? They just move on down the road. Only thing that is collected is from employer withholdings, and most would be afraid to report all those W2's with all the resulting TIN number mismatches. Nothing like sending up a red flag as an employer. | |
