For reference, property taxes "here" have at least doubled in that timeframe. Maintenance, repairs, and insurance would be up 50% pretty easily. If you figure all those expenses doubled for easy figuring, and your 2019 numbers had them underfunded to the tune of 50%, which is well within the realm of possibility, that would make those numbers all add up.
