I pump waste oil and diesel fuel from a 55 gallon barrel with a Milwaukee M18 transfer pump through a hose and smooth bore nozzle to coat the pile and then use a weed burner propane torch to light. It helps to have a good leaf blower handy on some piles to really get the temperature up.
