Northern Indiana | I believe you are spot on. Absolutely nothing wrong with a used (pre-owned sounds better) apparatus. I’d first figure out what you want it to do and a desirable configuration and see what’s out there. Pre emissions would be a plus for me.
Just like buying anything, patience is key.
NFPA as far as service life of apparatus, it states in more words, if it passes annual service tests it can remain in service. With that said in many states NFPA is a guideline and not policy. | |
