You're wrong on every level. AI will continue to take the lowest tier jobs, it's not going to stop. They already sell human shaped robots. You think that a vast database of knowledge that improves with every job and ability for human eyes at a remote center is going to never replace your HVAC guy or install a septic tank? Might not be in your lifetime but I wouldn't bet against it. I think the AI part is at an amazing acceleration of advancement. You do realize Grok basically just summarizes Twitter so every time you just spam post how miserable conditions are in Missouri it tends to echo that right? If you think a free chat bot is a summary of AI capabilities you'd be mistaken. The robots are already there as far as abilities.
